Project Details

Michael Dreyfus, the owner of Dreyfus Properties, met with Dragil to discuss what kind of online solutions there are to create and deploy a variety of data interpretation tools for customers to use when investigating residential market conditions. Along with the traditional multiple listing service (MLS) search functionality, the strategy was to add a member section where selected buyers and sellers have access to valuable information traditionally only available to agents and brokers, including adding a statistics section where clients can easily uncover the current median and selling prices for homes in the San Francisco Bay Area and the Silicon Valley with view historical prices for a particular home up to ten years ago.
