Circus Ponies Software, Inc. is a Santa Monica-based software company that provides software programs exclusively for the Mac OS X. Among many of its achievements, it is home to the multi award-winning Mac application Circus Ponies NoteBook that allows users to keep better track of their notes.
Circus Ponies approached Dragil, outlined its needs and allowed our team to step up to the plate. We are proud to have played a role in its website design, layout and functionality, which in turn has led to stronger online marketing and promotion efforts for the Circus Ponies team. For the past two decades, Dental Health Foundation (DHF), headquartered in Oakland, CA, has been one of only a few organizations in this country dedicated to providing “oral health for all”. Its mission is to build and through community partnerships, ensure the promotion of oral health by providing advocacy leadership, education and public policy development. Further, it works to promote community-wide prevention strategies, improves access to and the quality of oral health services and encourages the integration of oral health with complete health.
In 2007, DHF began a two-county pilot program geared to deliver preventative dental services to underprivileged children. This endeavor required a database utility to administer the delivery of service while allowing it to evaluate and improve the intervention strategy as it progressed.
They wanted a sophisticated tool that was both easy to deploy and understandable by its users, public health workers and dental service providers. Their vision was to create a tool that would be used by other oral public health programs throughout the country.
Dragil is proud to have played such an intricate role in a valuable and much-needed community service.
Dreyfus Properties, a high-end residential real estate agency located in Palo Alto, CA and the heart of Silicon Valley, conducts the vast majority of its business in this general vicinity, including Woodside, Menlo Park, Los Altos Hills, Monte Sereno and Saratoga, and is home to many of the top ranked agents in the state and nationwide in property sales.
Michael Dreyfus, owner of Dreyfus Properties, met with the Dragil team to discuss its online solutions and new ways to create and deploy a range of data interpretation tools for customers to incorporate when searching residential market conditions. Along with the traditional multiple listing service (MSL) search functionalities, the strategy was to add a member section where selected buyers and sellers would have access to valuable information that was once only available to agents and brokers. Adding a statistics section where clients could readily view current media and selling prices for homes in the San Francisco Bay area and Silicon Valley, while viewing historical prices for a particular home as far back as ten years, was also a priority.
The Dragil team accepted the challenge and was able to provide exactly what this fast-paced and wildly successful company required, keeping it far ahead of the competition and ensuring new clients for years to come.
Jeremy Sutton is an internationally renowned portrait artist with artwork in many private collections and has been featured in various magazines and books. Originally from London, Jeremy has a Masters of Art degree from Oxford University and has also studied at such prestigious institutions as the Ruskin School for Drawing and Fine Art, the Vrije Akademie and The Hague, located in the Netherlands. Jeremy currently calls San Francisco home.
Jeremy came to us with a vision of a virtual art school that offered online video tutorials. With limited time, the Dragil team developed the most innovative e-learning website specializing in Corel Painter 11 available anywhere. This project remains one of our favorites as it allowed us to be a bit more creative in our efforts.
